What you will need?
Participants will be required to have athletic clothing and proper footwear. Other equipment needs such as medicine balls, dumbbells, hurdles, ladders etc. are contingent and will be provided.
Where’s the Gym?
No gym required! Our expert personal trainers come to you. Locations for bootcamps and regimens will be near your company’s worksite (e.g. conference room, parking lot, local park etc.)
