We make starting a corporate fitness program very easy for you. 

We tailor the program to best fit your needs. After 1 to 6-weeks, your company will have the opportunity to terminate or continue the program.

 Let us help market your corporate fitness group. We believe interest in the fitness program will increase when employees are aware of the program and its many health benefits. 

Where is the gym?

No gym required! Our expert personal trainers come to you. Locations for bootcamps and regimens will be near your company's worksite (e.g. conference room, parking lot, local park etc.)

Equipment and Clothing

Participants will be required to have athletic clothing and proper footwear. Other equipment needs such as medicine balls, dumbbells, hurdles, ladders etc. are contingent upon the number of participants and will be provided by the trainers.

The program: training offered 7 days a week.

1-Hour Sessions | Approx. Timeline: 6-12 Weeks | 1 - 2 Sessions a Week

Our 1-hour training sessions include: 


  • Total conditioning and core stabilization
  • Integrated strength training
  • Active recovery
  • Muscle maintenance

  • Nutritional guidelines for health
  • Fitness reassessments
