The Phases

Phase 1

Proper warm up

Phase 2

Agility or speed development: (Lateral speed and quickness, speed training with track work, assisted and resisted training, hill running, 60 yard practice…)

Phase 3

Baseball skill development: (Hitting, fielding, pitching, catching, long toss…)

Phase 4

Power and explosiveness: (Weight lifting, plyometrics, core stabilization, medicine ball training… )
